What products do you mainly produce?

What’s the difference between stepper, BLDC and EC motors?

Steppers are great for precise positioning. BLDC motors run smoothly with a long life. EC motors save more energy and are widely used in fans and pumps.

Can your motors work in harsh environments?

Yes. We offer IP54/IP65 protection, suitable for dusty, humid, high or low-temperature conditions.

What equipment uses frameless torque motors and joint modules?

They are widely used in robot joints, collaborative robots, servo turntables and high-precision automation.

Can your agricultural fans run continuously?

Yes. Our fans are designed for long-hour ventilation with good heat dissipation and stable performance.

Customization & Samples

Can you customize motors or fans?

Absolutely. We can customize voltage, speed, torque, lead wires, connectors and mounting as you need.

Can I get samples for testing first?

Yes. You can test samples before mass production to ensure everything works well.

How long does sample preparation take?

Standard samples take 7–12 days; complex custom ones take 15–30 days.

Can you provide drawings or solutions?

Yes. Just tell us about your application and requirements; we can help with selection and basic design.

Quality & Certifications

Do you provide test reports for each batch?

Yes. Every batch comes with full test data, including torque, speed, noise and vibration.

What certifications do your products have?

Most products have CE and RoHS. We can also provide a UL Bess Report for some models.

Do you have quality checks during production?

Yes. We inspect everything from raw materials to finished goods, including incoming checks, performance tests, noise & vibration tests, and packaging checks.

How long do your motors last?

Under normal use, bearing life can reach 20,000–50,000 hours, depending on the environment and load.

Orders, MOQ & Lead Time

What’s your MOQ?

We accept small orders for standard items. MOQ for custom products depends on the model.

How long is the lead time for mass orders?

Standard orders take 15–30 days. Peak season or custom orders take 30–40 days.

Can I mix different models in one order?

Yes, we accept mixed orders as long as the total quantity is workable.

Do you support OEM/ODM?

Yes. We can print your logo and produce with your packaging and design.

Packaging, Logistics & Shipping

What packaging do you use? Is customs clearance easy?

We use fumigation-free pallets and strong cartons for easy customs and safe delivery.

Can fans be shipped as SKD parts?

Yes. SKD shipment can help you save a lot on logistics costs.

What trade terms do you support?

EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and more are all available.

Will you provide tracking information after shipment?

Yes. We will send you the bill of lading or tracking number right after shipment.

How long is the warranty?

We offer a 2-year warranty and long-term technical support.

How do you handle defective items?

Send us photos or videos; we will arrange a replacement or refund after confirmation.

Can broken motors be repaired?

Yes. We provide repair guidance or you can send them back to our factory.

Do you have matching drivers or controllers?

Yes. We can provide matched drivers, encoders, brakes and other accessories.

Payment, Quotation & Cooperation

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, T/T, Western Union, bank transfer, Alipay and L/C.

Can you provide free samples?

Samples are not free, but the sample cost can be deducted from your bulk order amount later.

Technical & Operation

Is motor overheating normal?

Slight heat is normal. Too hot may be caused by overload or unstable voltage; we can help check.

Can your motors adjust speed?

Steppers are controlled by pulses. BLDC and EC motors can work with drivers for stepless speed control.
