The 430 BA stainless steel blade poultry fan system is optimized via fluid simulation, delivering high CFM airflow ideal for extreme farm environments. The motor and blade are perfectly matched for longer service life and lower power consumption. We also offer full customization on IP rating, voltage (110V-480V), and frequency (50/60Hz).
Factory-Built Automatic Belt Tensioner For Poultry Exhaust Fan
Loose fan belts in poultry houses slow down fan speed and can reduce airflow by as much as 20%. MAINTEX belt-driven galvanized exhaust fan models are built with an automatic belt tensioner, so the belt stays tight at all times with no manual adjustment required. In addition, our livestock exhaust fan series uses commonly available standard belts. If a belt wears out, you can easily get a replacement locally and keep your farm running without downtime.

Factory-Made Poultry Exhaust Fan You Can Count On
Maintex has two assembly lines for poultry exhaust fans. All core motors are made in our own factory with 30 automatic production lines. Our fans are put together by skilled workers, and every mold and blade is checked with ZEISS calibration to guarantee zero-defect tolerances. Before shipping, each fan undergoes a computerized dynamic balance test and a 100% airflow test. We use our own motors instead of cheap outsourced parts. This brings fan efficiency up to 83% and eliminates blade vibration. We supply heavy-duty, durable livestock ventilation fans directly from our factory floor at factory-direct prices.
Maintex supplied our 1380 EC exhaust fans to Wen’s Group poultry farms. Although these poultry farm exhaust fans had a higher initial cost, our in-house EC motor technology helped them cut electricity use by 30%. Now these heavy-duty livestock ventilation fans are widely used across their houses and have proven to be reliable and cost-effective in daily operation.
Maintex engineers worked closely with an Indian poultry customer from the early planning stage.
