How Do We Guarantee Low Backlash & Robot Joint Performance?
We run six complete inspection procedures for every MAINTEX low-backlash planetary robot joint motor. Raw gears, encoders, and magnetic steel are strictly sorted and matched at the initial stage. Semi-finished motors undergo electromagnetic performance testing, and gear pre-tightening is applied to minimize backlash before IP65 sealing sampling. Each unit passes a 2-hour full-load aging test. Unique serial numbers are assigned to record all test data for single-stage and two-stage models, ensuring full life-cycle traceability and reliable 24-hour continuous operation.

The ZD6012-PA2-20 two-stage planetary robot joint actuator offers stable 10N·m rated torque and 30N·m peak torque. Optimized for medium quadruped legged robot hips, it handles frequent squatting, standing, jumping and weight-bearing movements. The reinforced two-stage planetary structure provides higher rigidity and excellent impact resistance for daily gait cycling.
